Knee pain can be caused after running if you do not stretch properly or if your diet is low in the necessary nutrition to maintain healthy tendons. For pain relief you could where a knee brace or take pain relief drugs.

To find the answer to where to find some exercises I would go to YouTube they would have videos on exercises. Or you can go to active it has some exercises to do for the knee. Make sure you do not over due when you first start out.

Worked in the athletic and weight loss industry for most of my career. Never thought Iā€™d suffer an injury but it happened. A door came down on me in an accident. Tore my MCL and mangled my Meniscus in the process. After 2 surgeries I developed Bursitis on the other knee due to overbearing. Tried everything for pain but the best relief I got without medication was from topical CBD. I was skeptical as anyone is but reached out to some trainers and doctors I know for info, and tried it.

I read up on it and learned this, CBD, short for cannabidiol, is an active compound found in the cannabis plant. CBD is not intoxicating but may cause some drowsiness at high levels. The CBD in most products is extracted from hemp, a variety of cannabis that has only traces (up to 0.3%) of THC, the active compound that gets people high.

I found a low-dose CBD lotion may be ideal for beginners. It combines full-spectrum CBD with arnica oil, to ease muscle soreness, aches, joint pain, swelling, and inflammation.

Great product, I highly recommend it.

Didn't want to go in with a high dose but found out a low dose was good for beginners. A trainer I know suggested this one. Felt weird at first but worked so good!

the best to do when your knee hurts is to put some ice or just wait it out for a couple of hours or days depending on the impact

To help knee pain you can use all sorts of products like something that is make to cure pain in the knee, if you go to CVS the pharmacist should be able to help you

The best way to alleviate pain behind the knee is to put some ice blocks in a towel or a shopper and put that towel with ice blocks on the place which have the pain.
