There is no Middle Eastern country that does not have access to water. Every Middle Eastern country either has rivers with freshwater, underground freshwater aquifers, or desalinization facilities to turn seawater into freshwater. That being said, the Palestinian Authority has difficulty in pursuing its water claims against Israel since Israel uses large amounts of water from the Sea of Galilee and aquifers in Palestinian territory, but Palestine still does have access to water.
