This could be a thrombosis or a lead intoxication, or at least that's what my mom says she is a doctor anyway, I personally think you should see a doctor badly. The above poster could certainly be right, but also, if your spine is out of alignment (including your neck area) this can put other parts of the body out of alignment and give the feeling in the throat that you can't swallow properly (sometimes it can hurt.) Also medications can cause a metallic taste in your mouth or if your PH balance is off. I agree with the above poster that's it's important a doctor diagnose your problem to be on the safe side.
