Check the starter solenoid, starter ground resistance, and voltage out of thesolenoid when activated. If the solenoid is not clicking then the issue is either the relay or the fuse to the solenoid.
First check the cables going to the battery and where they connect to the battery and the body of the car and engine and to the starter if all of that is good then I would think that it may be the starter.

I seriously doubt that it's the alternator that's doing the clicking. Most likely it's the starter. Check the battery, a discharged battery can cause that problem. Have the battery charged then start the vehicle and drive it to a shop that can check the charging system. Many auto parts retailers will test the charging system for you.
The 1991 Acura Legend starter is located on the right hand side of the engine, near the front, at the bottom. You can follow the positive battery cable from the battery to the starter.
Check your negative cable to the battery.
Dont know who said the last comment but its completely wrong. Its the anti-theft protection on your radio you need the five digit security code from the dealer to unlock it.
Remove the cables from the battery posts. Remove the battery retaining bolts. Lift the battery out of the retaining box. Reverse the process to install the new battery.
There should be a acura business card in the owners manual that has a reset code
try disconnecting the battery for an hour
