90% sure your front rotors are warped. Also check to see if your pads are wearing more on one side than the other, this is a sign that you need to replace your calipers aswell.

You might want to check your rotors and pads and check for warping. Try bleeding the brake line and make sure there is no air in the line as well some times it can cause pulsing
More than likely you have a warped rotor(s). You need to determine if it's coming from the front or rear brakes or both. The suspect rotor(s) would need to be turned or replaced along with brake pads if needed.
Sometimes things such as sand will get into your brakes and cause the squeaking noise. In other instances, it might something mechanical beginning to fail. Regardless of the cause, if the noise continues you should see your mechanic!
you might want to check the brakes and roters they might be broken or warped...that would be the my first guess...then you might check the alignment
depending on the year it might be a bad bearing, ball joint or spindle. have a mechanic check it out
you might have a vacuum leak in your intake manifold
Accumulation of brake dust over time will cause the calipers to stick and the brakes will heat up from the friction. They might need cleaning and relubing. Driving with your foot resting on the brake pedal will also do it.
Sometimes it happens because of rotors. If they are old and have a lot of grooves on its surface it will cause the grinding noise. Also it might happen if brakes were not cleaned properly during the replacement.
It might be the caliber is sticking so it has to be replace with out doing so your brakes will scrub on the rotor which cause your brakes to wear down face
