At level one an Imp can be acquired.
Level 10 is when you get a Voidwalker.
At level 20 you get a Succubus.
Level 30 you get to summon a Felhunter.
And if you are specced in the Demonology talent tree you can summon a Felgaurd at level 50. ----------- you can also get an Inferno from a questline and our stronger minion: the Doomguard

It is impossible to have a pet as a druid, unless you count companions. The only class to have pets are hunters. Warlocks, Death Knights and Mages, also have minions, instead of pets.

Warlocks rely on their minions for a 1/3 of their dps in most cases. So basically, there is no better choice when it comes to priests or warlocks, you just pick what's right for you.
