What monsters can be Tributed by themselves to Tribute Summon monsters above level 6?

By their Effects, you can Tribute the following monsters by themselves to Tribute Summon monsters above Lv.6 of the corresponding Attributes:
- Flame Ruler - FIRE
- Trojan Horse - EARTH
- Whirlwind Prodigy - WIND
For examples, you can Tribute 1 Flame Ruler to Tribute Summon Firestorm Prominence (a FIRE monster, Lv.7), and you can Tribute 1 Trojan Horse to Tribute Summon Raging Earth (an EARTH monster, Lv.7).

As long as the card that summoned the token does not mention any restrictions, then yes, token monsters may freely be tributed for a summon. Some do have restrictions set on them, for example, Sheep Tokens from Scapegoat cannot be tributed for a tribute summon, but could be tributed as the cost for a Special Summon.

Yes. Face-down monsters can be tributed for tribute summons, card effects, etc.

Ra's attack and defence is equal to the combined attack and defence of the monsters tributed for its summon. You can also tribute other monsters to increase Ra's attack and defence by that monster. When Ra is summoned from the graveyard (monster reborn etc.) it has 0 attack and defence as no monsters were tributed for it
Can you use soul exchange to summon blue eyes white dragon?
Yes you can but you have to tribute one of your monsters, as well as the one of your opponent's monsters that you tributed using Soul Exchange.
Can you use enemy controller and tribute a scapegoat?
Sheep Tokens created by Scapegoat cannot be used as tributes for Tribute Summons. They can be tributed to activate effects like Enemy Controller, or for the Special Summon of monsters like D-Hero Plasma, as this is not a 'tribute summon'.
If you have Sheep Tokens from Scapegoat and in the next turn activate Non Spellcasting Area can the tokens be tributed for a Tribute Summon?
No. The "Scapegoat" card states that the tokens cannot be used for a tribute summon and there is no getting around that. Besides, "Non-Spellcasting Area" only states that monsters would be immune to Spells; nothing to do with Tribute Summoning. No, Synchro components are not 'tributed', they are just 'sent'. Monsters who can't be tributed can still be used as components for a Synchro Summon, and "Mask of Restrict" does not prevent the summon either.

No. You tribute one monster of any level to summon a lv 5 or 6 monster, and two monsters of any level to summon a lv7+ monster. Some monsters have additional requirements, three tributes for example. But the level of the tributed monster is rarely relevant.

Taken from the Official English Rulebook: ...However, for Monsters that are Level 5 or higher, you must Tribute at least 1 monster you control before the Normal Summon. This is called a Tribute Summon. Monsters that are Level 5 or 6 require 1 Tribute and Monsters that are Level 7 or higher require 2 Tributes. Monsters that are Tributed are sent to the Graveyard and the "Tribute Monster" you are Summoning is played in face-up Attack position or face-down Defense position (a.k.a. a "Set").
