I have read somewhere that newborn cry very less in the month of February because they sleep a lot in this month. For Children/students May June and December end are the best month to sleep because there is no tension to wake up early in the morning and go to school and college. For Adults the better sleep month depends upon two criteria first is the geographical condition of the location they are residing -like in North India the best month to sleep may be September and october which is neiter too hot nor too cold . The second option is the month in which they are availing their casual leaves, earn leaves etc.
