The last Typhoon Thelma occured From 1st November-8th November 1991, hitting Vietnam and the Philippines. Upon reaching the Philippines, the Typhoon killed 6,000 people and destroyed 50,000 homes and is known as the most deadly tropical storm in the Philippines ever. It's death toll exceeeded that of Mount Pinatubo's eruption in the same year.
Tacloban, in Leyte province was hit by the tropical cyclone Haiyan, in November 2013, the strongest on record.Based on the estimate by the US military's installation on Hawaii, the Joint Typhoon Warning Centre, it was the most powerful recorded cyclone ever to make landfall. It hit the Philippines with sustained winds of 305km/h to 315km/h (195 mph). Before that it was typhoon "Rosing" back in 1995. ("I remember my mother saying that she'd never seen a "flying house" before. Normally, it's just flying roofs, but that time, it was a whole nipa hut.")Before that, the most destructive was Thelma in 1991.
Depends. If by worst you mean "largest lost of life", then the most recent storm would be 1975's Super Typhoon Nina. Nina's rains caused a major dam burst in mainland China, releasing a 30-foot tall wall of water over many tens of miles. It is estimated 229,000 people were killed. A typhoon that hit China in 1780 is believed to have caused about 100,000 fatalities. The #1 storm, a typhoon that hit Vietnam in 1881, may have caused 300,000 fatalities, making it the deadliest typhoon in history. "Dishonorable" mentions go to 1997's Tropical Storm Linda, with 1300 fatalities in Vietnam, and 1991's Tropical Storm Thelma, which killed 5,000-8,000 in the Philippines. In these cases, the storms were weaker, but the rains were torrential.
There is no widely accepted scientific knowledge or evidence about a planet named Thelma, so it is not possible to determine its revolution without more context or information.
