The one recommended by the vehicle manufacturer; oil outlets should have a list. The viscosity rating, 10-15 10-40 20-50 etc, is more important than the brand. The viscosity rating determines the amont of protection against wear in different driving/temperature conditions. Don't mix mineral and synthetic oils
