What multi-protocol IM client is better Trillian or Pidgin and why?

Pidgin uses less memory, starts and quits faster. Just more light weight all around, and is superb if all you wanna do is chat.
I've found Trillian to have better features. For instance, using the AIM protocol the profiles looks exactly like they do on AIM, not so much with Pidgin. In general, it just feels more polished. It does use much more computer resource then Pidgin, however.
So in short. Pidgin if all you do is chat and send files. Pidgin if your looking to use many features on all of the protocols
