How common are these underwater mountains

Your question is not clear. Do you mean whether there are mountains in the sea? yes there are mountains in the sea. They are called sea mounts.
I don't think it would be possible to accurately answer this question because it is very hard to define exactly what a "mountain" is. Plus, you have multiple peaks that could either be said to be just that, or possibly defined as separate mountains. Then there's the whole issue of the massive mountain ranges underneath the sea. Not all of these have been mapped - or probably even discovered. An easier question might be how many major mountain RANGES there are on earth. But I'm sure you would get disagreement even there because some of them flow into each other without much of a break. Interesting question, though.
It's used by scientists to measure earthquakes. The scientist in question is usually a seismologist which is a type of geophysicist.
The question is "What does a continent have?" in the sense of "What are the characteristics that cause us to call something a continent"? If so, a continent is simply a large enough land mass to miss being called an island. Australia is right on the edge of the decision (it's a continent) and so would Antarctica be if all the snow melted. If the determination was strictly geological, Europe and Asia would be one continent together, probably called "Eurasia." However, the people who made these determinations were Europeans, and they were impressed by the differences in culture between the two places, so they seperated them, linguistically if not physically. By an interesting circumstance, long after the division by culture had occurred, scientists discovered that Europe and Asia actually are, or were, separate continents that smashed into each other long, long ago, raising the Ural Mountains, which, sure enough, are considered the border between the two. We actually got it right.
That question has not been revealed YET. All they know is the HIGHEST, COLDEST, LOWEST, and ROCKIEST mountains in the world. Scientists have not discovered that yet.
Bacteria are living organisms not genes, your question does not make sense.

Because, scientists have discovered that this is the very best form of teaching this subject. No, not really. It is quite obvious, they are closely related.
This question is silly but the answer is not obvious. Scientists have discovered that if you eat some one who has cancer you may get cancer yourself.
no.
Cubism started in 1908 - not in the late 20th century, so there is no answer to your question.
The best scientists question everything. It's what they do.
The answer choices for this question are missing. However approximately 100,00 years is how often scientists say that the recent cycles of advancing and retreating ice sheets occurred.
There are 1,250 known species of sea cucumbers
75% Is this a trick question? All water is on the earth. Except some scientists have discovered ice on a few planets, but not in it's liquid state.
