You would do well taking something simple like porridge and oats.
TAKE warm fluids as well as 100 plus. 100 plus is good to replenish fluids (lost through vomiting or diarrhea) and electrolytes.
Tip: You could leave the cap of the 100 plus unscrewed so that it would not be so gassy, since you are probably feeling bloated which would make you queasy and unable to hold your food down.

∙ 12y agoWell, I don't know EVERYTHING that you can't eat while you have the flu, but I know some importaint things that you can't eat. Chocolate is one thing that has bad effects. Really bad effects. Anything that is spicy, like Mexican , Chinese, or cajan.

∙ 14y agoFood has nothing to do with catching or avoiding flu. A severely malnourished person will, of course, have a harder time fighting it off than a well-nourished person, but any kind of normal, reasonable diet would serve.
Flu is caused by an airborne virus. You breathe it in through your nose or mouth because someone who already has the disease coughed a fine mist aerosol containing the viruses into the air and you walked into it. Just bad luck.
