The turn signals are not fused front and/or rear. If the rear are not working you need to check for power and grounds for the lights.

After further research I am answering my own question. It is fuse number 6 on the fuse block located under the dash and is a 10 amp fuse.

The owners manual indicates fuse # 12 in the Fascia fuses is for the number plate and a number of other things including Hazard lights.
