It really depends, if you dont have enough fat, but are in a war climate and you take in enough calories to feel fine, then you should be okay. If you don't take in enough calories, then your body will start to burn muscle to survive. The fat also insulates you from the cold, so you need to put on a few more pounds and invest in a warm jacket you will be fine.
When you lack fats:
When the body is unable to properly digest fats, lipids accumulate in body tissues in abnormal amounts.
If fats are not digested obesity, coronary heart disease , diabetes and stroke type disease could take place.
One word... CONSTIPATION.
If our bodies don't get enough fat, it can cause you to store fat improperly. When this happens, any fat that you do get, your body will hold onto it. This causes problems with digestion.
If enough calories are not consumed your body becomes weak. Your body starts absorbing energy from the fat in your body. After the fat is absorbed tissue is dissolved to make your energy. After that bones are dissolved.
In order to continue living, the body begins to steal nutrients and energy from the muscles.
If you had no body fat, you would die. Everybody has (and needs!) body fat.
Do you mean if you don't eat fat? Or have any on your body? Because if that's what you mean, then you will die. Your body needs fat.
As you continue to burn calories but do not take enough more in, you will begin to burn off fat and lose weight. If this continues, your body will begin to starve.
if a football player does not have enough fats then they will get slim and when they are playing football they may faint on the pitch.
Fat cells are located just under the skin. Fat cells store unused food. When your body is not getting enough nutrients, your body takes them from the fat cells.
you could become weak and scrowny. all bones and very little fat. it would be nasty too. and if you had too little fat, you wud not be able to survive in relly relly cold weather. u wud pratically die.
The recipe will be bland/dry
If the body doesn't take in enough fat then the vitamins in the body will not work properly. Without fat the body would have no padding and insulation for organs.
If you don't eat enough fat, you may not absorb enough fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K). Babies who do not get sufficient fat don't grow as well, and they may develop liver and skin problems.
