You use 5w-30 for the SER spec-v and you should use FULL SYNTHETIC. I perfer valvoline cause they garentee your car will run to 300,000 miles with it. Today i changed my oil with a special from autozone. I got 5 gallon jug and a filter for 26 dollars. But remember only put in 4.5 liters with a new filter.
