10w-40 have the manual.its not much oil buy the best---no synthetic-look for motorcycle oil. its about 1 1/2 quarts. warm engine get the 17mm wrench ready and get r done
5/30
I would recommend 10W-40 motorcycle oil only.
SAE 10w-30 full synthetic.
almost all motorcycles use a common reservoir for the engine, transmission and even the clutch, so they all use engine oil.
5wt oil. Use Honda oil.
GN4 Honda oil only.
Honda uses Honda brand oil, made by Exxon Mobil.
No, it is not okay to use an oil not recommended by Honda. You use the snowblower in cold temperatures that is why Honda recommends a 5 weight oil. There's no reason whatsoever to use 10W-30 weight oil. Use 5W-30 as Honda recommends and nothing else. I also recommend you use a 100% synthetic oil in any air cooled engine.
No, you can use any major brand of motor oil you want. However you must use Honda transmission fluid, and power steering fluid. I think you have misread your owners manual as it will not tell you to only use Honda Oil. Honda does not even refine oil and Honda oil is a major brand that is packaged for Honda with their name on the can.
If you mean a different weight then you're not very wise. Use the exact weight oil that Honda recommends. If you are referring to the brand of oil, you do not have to use Honda oil. In fact Honda does not even make oil their oil is refined by another company. You can use any major brand oil of your choice, as long as it is the correct weight.
No
The 2006 Honda Accord requires 5w20 oil. The close tolerances of the Honda engine require the use of this oil for initial startup. Do not use any other oil and make sure to use a premium name brand oil. Also install a premium oil filter such as Purolator or Wix. Another thing to remember on a Honda. Use only Honda ATF transmission fluid and use only Honda Power Steering fluid. Do not use a generic, universal, or substitute.
