Generally speaking, the transmission filter change will go about 60 dollars give or take some. The oil change will be about 30 dollars, give or take some. I'd expect to pay close to 100 dollars for both or about that area.

I just changed the oil in my mercury 60 hp 4 stroke and had very little clean up. I let the oil completely drain from the motor before I removed the filter and had No drips there either. Just over 30 minutes to change motor oil and lower unit oil. Total cost of $35.00 included quicksilver 25W40 quicksilver oil filter and quicksilver 80/90 gear oil. Take your time and save your money . No reason to pay a dealer $150 to $250. for this simple oil change. Charliestoybox
If your Detroit 60 oil leaks on the back, take it to a mechanic for repair as soon as possible.
1992 Ford F-150 4.9L is one vehicle that uses this filter.
That is a poorly worded question as oil filters have not had housings since the 60's. All oil filters are normally screw-on cans and are totally self contained. However, if you removed the filter and have an outer shell and a paper filter in your hand, you are in big trouble because the threaded filter can base is still on the mount. Now, if you are talking about the oil filter mounting base, it can be replaced by removing three bolts. Check to see if it is available separate from the oil pump.
The oil pan itself will run you $60-100, and it will be about 5.0-5.5 hours of labor. All said and done, in the neighborhood of $450.
From the mid 60's to the mid 90's.
Assuming it is a Briggs & Stratton GenTec Pro Intek V-Twin & ELS it will take 60 ounces + 4 more ounces if you also change the filter.

If you do it yourself with conventional oil, about $60. If you take it in, closer to $100. If you want synthetic oil, add about $30-$40 more.
