Only in an emergency. Dodge uses different types of coolant.
Depends on the wheelbase, but generally a little above 100 MPH I got my quad cab 2001 dodge 1500 5.9 about little under 120mph so may be 118mph. But got it from California highway patrol for $9,000 in 2004. They used it as a patrol truck to catch speeders. So I think i don't have a gov to hold back the engine.

It depends on the year. from 2003 to about 2005 they used 5w30. After that they used 5w20.
The radiator plug for a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 is located on the bottom of the radiator on the right side. It is used to drain the coolant during flushes and fluid changes.
