I was looking at the ( 1996 ) Ford F-150 owners manual and it shows for the
4.9 liter straight six that ( 10W-30 ) is the PREFERRED OIL to use for all climates
down to -5 * F ( -20 * C ) and 5W-30 can be used down to -15 *F ( -25 * C )
The first thing that comes to mind is a blocked PCV valve or the line going to the PCV valve.
That should be 6 quarts with the filter change. That should be 6 quarts with the filter change.

PZ-49 fits the Ford 7.3 Liter Turbo Diesel engine
From 96, use 96 and 32. From 49, use 7 and 1 96 + 32 + 7 + 1 = 136
try 32:1
the answer would be 49 because if you add 7 to, 42 that equals 49 42+7=49
8+8+8+8+8+8+8/8 = 49
