If you're relying on your own strength, you will fail. If you get to know God well enough that you can see your wife through his eyes then you will find patience and love much easier.
Without knowing your situation there is little I can do but offer general advice. Did you know that arranged marriages are more often successful than ones in which each partner chooses? The reason, I believe, is that rather than both partners thinking "I've found the perfect match," they're both thinking "I'm stuck with this, how can I make this marriage work?" Love is not a feeling, it is a decision.
Now, I don't know what your wife's part is in all of this, but surely she can see that both of you working together will make life easier than pulling apart from each other.
The best thing you can do is find a mature married couple who you both respect and trust, and talk openly with them as a couple to get all your issues out into the open. Most problems seem big until you let them see the full light of day, they will no longer seem insurmountable under the critical gaze of wise help.
