Lesson 3

Welcome every one, this is the 3rd lessons and in this lesson you will learn how telekinesis helps with bending and how to start it. Ok every one knows that Water, Earth, Fire, and Air bending has another name and those names and Hydrokinetic, Geokinetic, Pyrokinetic, and Aerokinetic. We discovered a way to combine telekinesis and chi together in order to make bending possible. Ok I am sure that you have been to a lot of different sites were they claim they are going to teach you telekinesis but our technique's are different so please do not put their techniques with ours. Now first thing I want you to do is to sit in a comfortable positions. (A chair, a bed, or the floor witch ever one is comfortable for you) Now I want you to begin the in 50 and out 50 meditation, after you have get 1 I want you to allow your mind to do what ever it wants because most people say you need to clear your mind but for telekinesis you need to let your mind get comfortable so just allow your mind to think what ever it wants. Now most people will tell you to visualize another arm or something coming out of you and moving the object but that is not how it works. Now that you are allowing your mind to roam I want you to find a light object like a piece of paper or something that is really light weight and place it in front of you. Now I want you to move the object back and forth, while you are moving the object back and forth I want you to realize what it feels like moving back and forth. Now I want you to leave the object alone and let your mind keep roaming but while it is roaming I want you to start feeling yourself move the object back and forth but don't physically move the object just feel your self moving the object, after you think it has moved look and see but if it hasn't do not give up hope keep trying and you will eventually get it. Lesson 4

In this lesson we will get to the root of Air Bending. Every Air Bender has to have stamina and that is what this lesson will be about. so I want you to get your self a drive and stick with it. For those who do not know what a drive is, it is kinda like a goal but you have to really stick to your drive.

Breath: Ok every fire bender needs breath control so I want you guys to set a time to go running. You need to run for 30 minutes twice a day and the entire time you are running try to keep your breathing slow as possible. After you get done running I want you to take some time to calm yourself down, when you are calm I want you to breath in for 20 seconds and breath out 20 seconds slowly and each time you do it try to go hire like instead of 20 seconds 30 seconds and just keep going up after each run. You can do the 20 second breathing thing as many times as you want.

Here is a new meditation I want you guys to practice. Sit in a comfortable possition and instead of counting down to 50 just sit very still and dont move. Keep your mind clear and dont think about anything, dont move for anything and I want you to do this quite meditation for 15 minutes twice a day. Guys I want you to also keep working on the telekinesis technqiue and chi projection.

Lesson 5

Ok Air Benders today I am going to teach you the actual bending. Now all of you guys who have been patient about bending congratulations but all of you who were says that you don't want to wait and that bending has nothing to do with meditations and stuff then I need you to quit these lessons and go find the book online called "The Master Key System" because what that book will do is help you to understand how this stuff works. If you can't find it free please go to You Tube and research it. Now for today's lesson I though I would start off by saying congratulations once again you are a Water Bender, Earth Bender, Fire Bender, and Air Bender. Now I know you all are wondering what I am talking about so I will tell you in the easy way I know. You came into the world a bender, meaning you breathe in and out air for all your life, so you are controlling air. Your body is 70% of water that flows through you, so you are controlling water. Your body heat rise's to and lowers to fight off colds, controlling heat is Fire Bending. Your skin heals it self, so that means you are an Earth bender and because people are connected to the earth. Ok now I am going to teach you how to Air Bend. I want you to sit in a comfortable place were it is quiet and I want you to start breathing in and out. I want you to notice how you are controlling the air by breathing. I want you to just keep breathing in an out. Now I want you to see if you can feel your chi while you are breathing in and out, if you can then you are doing it right. I want you to keep doing this exercise until you feel you are ready because next week we will be making an Air Ball so you need to do this technique. Lesson 6

Welcome to lesson 6, in today's lesson you will learn to make an Air Ball. Remember what I said in last weeks lesson, that the air is like your friend it has been with you since the first breath you took when you were first born so you have to thank the air, yeah it sounds crazy but it deserves thanks every once in a while, so don't be afraid to say thank you air for keeping me alive and if you are to ashamed to say it then you will never become an Air Bender because you are to ashamed to thank the air a thing that has kept you alive so thank it because it will help with Air Bending. Now I want you to sit in a quiet place and I want you to hold out your hand, now I want you to do the breathing in 25 and breathing out 25 meditations and when you get to one I want you to make a chi ball and spin it. Now I want you to use telekinesis to direct the air to the chi ball and after you get it to go to the chi ball it will mix with the chi and form an Air Ball you might not be able to see it but you will feel it and the more you practice it, the faster it will get and when it goes fast then you will see it, so practice this technique until you are able to see the air twirling in your hand. Lesson7

Welcome to 4 Element Tribe, this is lesson 7 in your quest to become a master Air Bender. If you didn't master the other 6 lessons then please do not attempt this lesson. Now you guys are getting deeper into bending and it is now time to buckle down and find a meditation that works for you. You can use the meditations that you were taught by us or you can use your own meditation but your meditation must last at least 15 minutes and you must do it twice a day. I also want you to keep yourself in shape by exercising at least once a day because you have to keep your stamina up. Now for today's lesson I am going to start off by teaching you a breath technique that will help with bending. What I want you to do is lay down on the floor or any flat surface, then I want you to breath in and as you breath in I want you to expand your stomach and when you breath in I want you to deflate your stomach and I want you to do it until you think you are ready to do it while talking and if you are, I want you to get a book or something to read and I want you to do the breathing technique while talking but you have to make sure you are inflating when you breath in and deflating when you breath out, it is very important. Now most of you are wondering what this has to do with bending, well breath is everything for everyone, Water Benders, Fire Benders, Earth Benders, and of course Air Benders. If your breathing is not controlled then you will never be able to bend so please take this technique seriously. Now I have any other technique for you, which is the air push, which I have seen in most of your videos on pyro's site and I want to say good job. Now what you do is get a light object and I want you to put your hand facing it, now I want you to make an Air ball and I want you to throw it at the object to make it move. I know you have work with Air balls before so this should be easy and the point of this is because after you get use to throwing Air balls it will be a good attack for you to use.

Lesson 8

Welcome Air Benders, you have come a long way and now in this lesson you are going to become an actual Air Bender. Now Please do not try this lesson if you are not 100% perfect at lesson 1-7 because this lesson will not work if you haven't master lesson's 1-7. Now on lesson 7, you should breath like that for the rest of your life because breathing right will help keep your bending under control. WARNING: If you are planning to use bending for evil, scare of tornados and huge wind gust, afraid of flight, or have not completed lesson 1-7 please do not go any further the lesson 7 because you will be doing a lot of that in Air Bending training. Now please be careful and do not harm anyone that can't bend with bending because the Spirits will strip your bending power for the rest of your life. Now if you are not good at lesson 6 please do not try this lesson because you will not be able to master it. Now I want you to go outside and stand there. Now I want you to begin doing the breathing in and breathing out meditation with 25 and when you get to 1 I want you to say "Air Spirit of the North, South , East and West Guide in my quest" after you say that I want you to begin drawing chi from one of the 3 energy sources and let the chi form a big bubble around you and keep drawing energy from the source because you want the chi ball to be strong as possible. After you think it's strong enough I want you to begin spinning it and begin feeling the air rush to the bubble that is around you. When you first try this it might not work but it will work. Keep the chi ball spinning and directing air towards it, in a couple of seconds you should start to see thing twirling around you and eventually you will make a fully operational Air Dome. Now you have to draw energy from the source the entire time you are doing this because your chi is not strong enough. Now like I said it might not work at first but it will work, so don't give up. Lesson 9

you should be in a state where you are sleep but still aware of what is going on, when you get in that state try to project yourself into your body. Now when you are in your body I want you to begin bending the elements in your body. The way you project yourself is by thinking about being in your body bending the elements. When you are bending the elements in your body pay attention to how your body does it. This lesson is to help amplify your bending. Lesson 11

In this lesson you will be performing the Air Slice which is an attack move. Now Air Benders are connected with Spirits, so most of your power comes from the Spirits but next lesson I will teach you how to setup a connection with them in order to receive full power but you don't need it now. So what you do is hold your hand like a knife and project chi around the part where the pinky is. Now I want you to just sling your hand around still in knife form and while you do that I want you to feel like sticks of chi sticking out of the place where you projected it and grabbing air and after you collected enough air I want you to sling your hand again but this time release the chi from your hand.
