The spleen is the hemopoeitic organ lateral to the stomach o the left side of the peritoneal cavity.
The heart, you also have skin there, yes the skin is an organ.

I believe this is actually iPSilateral and it simply means on the same side
Stomach is located on left, just below the bottom rib. Heart is located on left side, and higher than the stomach.
The heart is on the left side because that way the veins and the arteries go around the organs more freely. ''easier'' organ (the stomach) is on the left side, and the liver is on the right. You should know the difference between these two and why it's like this.
There are a few different organs on the left hand side of the body, just below the ribs. Specifically, the stomach and left kidney are stacked together in that region.
The heart is a muscular organ located slightly to left side of and behind the breastbone. It is the size of a fist.
I think you mean the spleen, but the pancreas is also somewhere around there.
