Be very careful about giving your dog non-dog food things to eat. Some develop Allergies, and some foods that are ok for people are poisonous to dogs. Most dogs can safely eat raw carrots, apples (without the seeds), peanut butter, and (a big favorite) boiled ground beef with rice. Always give them chocolate milk if you want to then if your dog puks that means milk is bad for them!!!!!

firs of all NEVER give ur dogg ANY MILK AT ALL it will kill them!

second u can give them balony but not all dogs like it

third peanutbutter with nuts is bad for dogs so get the smooth kind with no peanuts

also u may give them meat like chicken just dont give them the whole leg!

I can't tell you what they do eat besides dog food and treats but I can tell you what they cannot eat.

Dogs can eat mostly anything except they cannot eat:

chocolate

grapes and raisins

avocados cat food

alcohol

dairy (puppies can have a small amount of milk every evening when they are a certain age and stop at a different age, but I don't know what ages it is)

bones from meat (Unless the dogs mouth is to small to swallow it)

coffee tea

other caffeine foods

citrus oil extracts fish (raw, canned, or cooked),

fat trimmings

moldy and spoiled food

garbage

mushrooms

large amounts of table scraps

garlic prepared in any way

human vitamin supplements containing iron marijuana

citrus extracts

Yes there are a lot of foods that dogs can't eat. A human food that dogs can eat is peanut butter. They think it tastes good. Dogs have about 900 taste buds.

Meat is good. Some people think they should eat it raw but it is still OK to feed it cooked meat of any kind. They are carnivorous, after all. You can try feeding it a bit of oily fish, eggs or maybe a bit of pro-biotic yoghurt, but they don't eat fruits or vegetables.

I feed my pups Gerbers Rice cereal mixed with warm water and Purina puppy chow that I have previously pureed in a food processor with water (about three tablespoons of it, per serving). I have 7 puppies currently and I serve it on a pasta platter and it makes enough for all of them.

They are now 7 weeks old currently and I increase the portion each week as they grow.
