Tylenol unless u want 2 harm ur baby but if u r currently taking narcotic painkillers and r preg DONOT stop them go 2 a methadone clinic ASAP tell them ur preg immediately it is the safest thing 2 do 4 u and ur baby they r specially trained 4 these situations
