That would depend upon where they were. In most countries they would only need their identity card or passport. In Nazi occupied countries they might need more or they might need less:

In the camps they would only need their uniform, as their identity number was on it. In the ghettos they would need their identity card and work card and whatever card they might need for access to wherever they needed to go.
