Angus beef does not come from any part of any cow, but comes from a BREED of cattle (or cows) called Angus.

Corned beef is made from the brisket of the cow. Brisket is a beef cut taken from the breast section beneath the first five ribs, behind the foreshank (upper portion of the front leg).
Fajitas, (beef skirts in English) come from the diaphragm of a beef.
Corned beef is form the brisket of the cow which is the lower stomach it is usually made in Germany. Where it is made will depend on your location. The U.S. will not import beef from Europe. The U.S. has it's own corned beef processors.
Shredded beef typically comes from tougher cuts of beef that benefit from low and slow cooking methods to become tender. Common cuts used for shredding include chuck roast, brisket, or flank steak. These cuts are flavorful and become tender and easy to shred after extended cooking times.
