I think it was the famliy life. I'm not really sure, because some of the articles I reaserched it about said that famliy life was patriarchal, but the Harcourt social studies 'World History' textbook said that it was matriarchal.
Yes the Algonquin are patriarchal. It is the Iroquois who are matriarchal.
The Hopi people have a matriarchal society that continues to exist today.
Females dominate the society :D
how did the politically Sumerian organization affect society
A matriarchal system.
it was a part of Social Hierarchy
in Sumerian society the character of Gilgamesh suggest that Sumerian society could be violent by
Akkadians?
Yes. The main decisions were made by the women of the tribe. This is referred to as a "matriarchal" society.
A society where leadership or government is in the hands of women. -(and BTW - the word is 'matriarchal' - not matricial.)
A society in which woman are considered the leaders. A peaceful society. (An awesome society.)
Early Sumerian society was a highly collectivized group. In such a group, women as caregivers, are generally considered the foundation of society.
