I think the two parts not found are the crate and the knuckle. I found that the elbow is directly next to the hoof, and compresses when they walk. There is an article about the outher ligament, and the casing is the hard outer shell. Looking up "crate" referring to horses, I found only articles about crates to transport horses in. I also found one reference that says the hock is similar to an elbow, but not that it was called such. hope this is right!
