There is no chemical product to do this. You must replace the seals with new one's. And check the steel surface on the crank and balancer for wear.
Check your local library for a repair manual.
Increase the gland steam pressure if air is leaking in. If gland steam is leaking out, replace the seals. If the leak is in the casing, repair or replace the damaged parts.
There are seals to be replaced but you have to know what you are doing. Normally there is a repair kit available. You should go to the parts shop and ask for the repair kit.
