Life is an unique experience,so do not lose your time making inappropriate things, make your today count, do your best, find somebody to love, laugh out loud, eating correctly, avoid bad thoughts, make friends, make efforts to organize your life in order to get the best of it. Write blogs, watch good videos, chat through internet, make light exercises, dance, and breath deeply, avoid excess of sugar, fats, and junk foods. Believe on yourself, always smile, share your happiness with someone, smile, though your heart is aching, smile, even though it is breaking, and mainly, think always positively.

∙ 11y agoThere are basically two types of beliefs on what is beyond the death. One more rational thought is that, since there are no evidence of anything beyond the death, there is absolutely nothing after the death, and death is just the end of life. This I would say, the default thinking.
Apart from this, there are many people who believe that there is a life after death. There are again two types of beliefs on what is the afterlife is like. Some people (Creationists/Abrahamic religions) believe that there is an eternal life after death.
The Dharmic religions teaches that the cycle of life goes on an on life after death after life..
