almost all kids have ipods
This answer is based on anecdotal evidence (the kids at the japanese high school I went to, the other schools in the area, and my friend's schools), because I don't think there's an official figure, but it was roughly 70%-80%. Juku helps you prepare for junior high/high school/university entrance exams, which pretty much determine the path of your life over there, so it's used extensively. As getting into a good university is seen as the most important thing you can do over there, the percent of kids attending juku probably goes up to the mid-nineties once the kids are in their final year of high school.
About 20,000 or 1.6 percent of the population.
20% percent of the worlds population is chinese!!
75 percent there isn't really any changes in wording considering you were just speaking English. Another way to say 75 percent is 'three-quarters.'

We can't have iPods in school because kids will listen to them while the teacher is talking, and it is distracting to themselves and other students.
It depends on the teachers and the school distric and elementry kids are not allowed at all. middle school kids can.
