That would be a very low percentage as most physicians know the remaval of the foreskin (prepuce) is harmful to the penis.
However even doctors that have had their genital mutilated have been unbalanced by the experience to the degree that they wish to visit the same abuse upon other children including their own. This is one of the reasons aside from the profit motive that there are still so many medics in the US that are wiling to inflict this on defenceless children. This reasoning works along the same lines as the reasoning that seems to put children that have been abused in a position where they are more likely to abuse their own children. Any doctor that would circumcise a child in the light of modern medical knowledge needs psychological evaluation before being allowed to work with children.
