There is no requirement for christiand to circumcise their sons or be circumcised. It is a personal choice. There is no doctrine on this topic and is left up to the parents of the male. Females should not in anyway have their genitals circumcised. and neither should males

No, they do not. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (commonly called the "Mormon" church) has no official doctrine on circumcision, but most Mormon parents in the United States opt to have their infant sons circumcised at birth, mostly just because it is more hygenic.

The Church has no policy or guideline about circumcision, so that decision is left entirely to the parents. Most parents (Mormon and non-Mormon) in America choose to have their sons circumcised, but this is usually for cultural reasons, not religious ones.
