β 16y agoThis would be very difficult to determine, whether in exact number or even a close estimate. Some of the reasons would include the level of technology and record keeping particular to each country, the accreditation and recognition of each school, and the fact that not all degrees are considered equivalent from country to country. For example, a particular masters degree from India may not be considered a masters degree within the United States.
