I use the spray foam carpet cleaner on mine and leave it on just long enough to get the stains out since seat covers are very strong it doesn't seem to hurt them.
There are little levers you have to pull and push them forward.... these are located on right and left side from trunk access.
The seat belt motor is located on the lower panel behind the front seats. Get in the back seat sitting it will be just above ankle height.
Specialized leather cleaner works just as well on vinyl as it does on leather.
Special leather care product, like Mothers Leather care is best.
It makes it possible to clean under the seats and to repair the seats if they break.
