Ghosts can be spoken to, by using a ghostbox which can be purchased from a paranormal store..The voices which can be heard are called EVPs (Electrical Voice Phenomena)..If these EVPs are not of a good quality, they can be filtered on a computer, so you can confirm what the spirits are saying. You can get LOTS of information when using a ghostbox..start off with basic questions like "whats your name?" "Is there anything you'd like to say?"..You may even be lucky enough to have your spirit guide introduce him/herself :)
Yes, EVPs are real. I have personally recorded many hundreds of them, and they respond directly to questions many times, or comment on what we are talking about. So, there is no doubt at all that EVPs are real to anyone who has recorded them such as myself. A few good EVPs which are in direct response to what is happening or is being said can be found here (these were all recorded at Old South Pittsburg Hospital, a very haunted location): Here is an EVP I captured in which someone turned on a piece of equipment which said, "dictionary mode". An unseen presence repeated it: http://www.friendly-ghosts.com/old-south-pittsburg-hospital/dictionary-mode.mp3 Here is an EVP in which we were talking about Martha, a nurse who had died at the hospital we were investigating, and we received the EVP of, "Martha" right after talking about her. http://www.friendly-ghosts.com/old-south-pittsburg-hospital/martha.mp3 Here is an EVP in which we were communicating with another team member over a walkie talkie. She says, "ok, well, we're still getting our stuff together", and then comes an obnoxious sounding EVP which says, "Get your stuff together". http://www.friendly-ghosts.com/old-south-pittsburg-hospital/get-your-stuff-together.mp3 Obviously, from just these few examples, it is easy to tell that we are not somehow picking up stray radio waves, and since these are very clear, it is certainly not a case of hearing voices in the static which aren't really voices. I agree what some people present as EVPs, that could be the case, but not in the case of good EVPs. Sean Dudley East Tennessee Paranormal Research Society investigator
Evps electric voice phenomena, compass look up on google for a ghost hunting kit it will be of a better help
The effectiveness of a Ghost Box, a device used in paranormal investigations to communicate with spirits, is widely debated. Proponents believe it can capture electronic voice phenomena (EVPs) or facilitate communication with the spirit world, while skeptics argue that the responses are often random radio signals or the result of pareidolia, where the brain interprets patterns as meaningful. Scientific evidence supporting its efficacy is lacking, so its effectiveness largely depends on personal belief and interpretation.
Yes, it is. The haunted family-owned diner was featured in the book, Ghosts of Long Island II by author and historian Kerriann Flanagan Brosky in 2008. The 1930s locally popular eatery is situated in the town of Sayville, NY on Eastern Long Island. The paranormal investigation team who worked with the author for the story and also has experienced phenomena during visits at the restaurant are the Ghost Hunters of Long Island, which was founded in 2001. The group is currently owned by Joe Giaquinto. Phenomena reported includes: Kitchen items falling off shelves or in disarray, pictures coming off the wall, a photograph of a face in the back window, the feeling of a male presence in the restroom and recordings of Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVPs.) EVPs are believed to be the voices of spirits and ghosts.
The crew are Zak the hot one, Nick the positive one, and Aaron Goodwin the funny scared one.I don't think that is specific enough. The Ghost Adventures Crew (GAC) actually has over 500 members. The crew you see on the show, though, is Zak Bagans, Nick Groff, and Aaron Goodwin. Zak stars the show. When living in an apartment in Trenton, Michigan, he had his own paranormal experience. He is known as the one who provokes the spirits. Although, he only provokes those who have harmed the living. Nick Groff has been into the paranormal since he was a kid. When he met Zak he was already a professional paranormal investigator. He is known for getting locked in morgues and great EVPs. Aaron Goodwin is the tech guy. After 4 seasons on the show, he was become more of a investigator. He is used as Zak's "bait". He is still known as the scared one. When they joined together, they have become a great team.
No, you are not. You could be hearing spirits. EVP is something totally different. You can only hear EVPs if you go around with a tape recorder and record the "noise" in a room for a certain amount of time. When you play back the recording, you might hear things that you couldn't hear.
You can use a compass if there are ghost, ghost have an electric magnetic field that will make a compass spin so you can walk around with a compass or you can walk around with a recorder and try to capture evps (electric voice phenomena) and use that and ask questions to the ghost that you are trying to find and you can see if you get any voices back. they are both hard processes but if there is a ghost about normally your hair on the back of your neck will literally stand up
Generally speaking, most people consider recording EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomenon) to be relatively safe. There is a lot of information on recording EVP and the risks associated on the AA-EVP website. Quoted from AA-EVP: 'We believe that working with EVP and ITC is fundamentally safe. It is difficult to find a single example in which an individual has been harmed because of their communication across the veil. Yes, people have occasionally been "bothered" ... We want to make sure that people do not feel that something is wrong with them if they do encounter one of these less spiritually educated entities. Yes, there are many different classes of ghosts and paranormal activity The most basic type is called an EVP, or Electronic Voice Phenomenon, which is the voice of a spirit recorded on a digital recorder that was not heard at the time of the recording. EVPs include voices, strange whistles or footsteps, objects moving, etc. Next are residuals. These are basically like tapes that play over and over. They are not intelligent, so they cannot answer your questions. Most residual hauntings are voice phenomenon or shadows. Residuals may be captured in quartz or natural magnets and fuel the activity Intelligent hauntings are actual spirits that can answer your questions, provided they have the energy to do so. Most intelligent hauntings are sound-related, where you ask a question, one knock for yes, two knocks for no. Next is the hard core stuff. They have stuff called orbs, which are balls of energy that spirits manifest themselves in. It is a large ball of electrostatic energy. Spirits can manifest themselves into balls, shadows, and even full body apparitions. The last and most hardcore of all hauntings are demonic entities. These are souls that have been corrupted and will harm the living by pushing, hitting, scratching, strangling, possession, or even sometimes by killing. The true way to know if an entity is demonic is when you get scratched, you will have three scratch marks in a row, the mark of the Trinity. A place called Bobby Mackey's music store is a big place of demonic activity that supposedly has a portal to Hell in which the demonic entities come from. So far these are the varieties of hauntings and types of ghosts. However, there still may be others we do not yet know about...so keep your eyes open!
* With humans-If you believe a building is haunted, you may go into the most active room, and ask "Please can you show yourself or give me a sign that you are here?" The spirit may make rapping(knocking) noises (one for yes,two for no), it could move somehing, or it could make the room go colder. It may even turn an electrical device on, such as a light or tv. When it does, dont be scared and run, say very nicely "thankyou very much." Then, you could ask it some more questions. You could even get a Ouija board and ask more detailed questions, such as its name and age. REMEMBER-When using a Ouija board, never play alone, dont ask unsensible questions, be positive and confident, and make sure the spirit says goodbye when you've finished. You can then cleanse the board with a ritual or burn the appropriate herbs/incenses. * With other spirits- Using a ghost box or capturing EVPs are the main methods used to hear spirits talking to you or eachother. When using a ghost box, quite a large number of spirits can join the session. They will speak to you, but you will also be able to hear them talking with eachother. Sometimes they argue with eachother. Using a ghost box is the safest way to communicate with spirits. If you want to leave the session, you can just say goodbye, and the spirits will say bye too. Or they may carry on their own individual conversations, in which case, you just turn the ghost box off.
Simply get a Ouija board or if not Ouija board go to a local cemetery or abandoned house. Be sure to bring a camera, take loads of photos and extra batteries, for ghosts can drain fully charged power. Look out for orbs and ghost anomalies, this tips of paranormal activity about. Bring along a voice recorder and NEVER GO ALONE! Also go through your family albums, you might find out that there are already pics of orbs in them. Always say a prayer of protection before going to hunt and after a hunt. You wouldn't any following you home. Go with groups and split up into little groups.
