This question is too vague to be answered completely, but the general answer is "the program you're most comfortable working in." Most languages have an editor that someone built for the purpose of that language, and many general-purpose editors also exist. The best program for any given task is one that maximizes your productivity. For C++ or Java, you might use Eclipse, for example, or you might use the IDE for your version of C++, or you might use NetBeans for Java. There really isn't one best answer for this question.
You can use any standard text editor to write JavaScript. So, for instance, Notepad, Emacs, Vi, or nano are all capable of creating JavaScript files, and are capable of saving them in the format needed to put that JS on the web.
However, you may prefer to use a text editor with some syntax highlighting. This will make catching errors in your scripts simpler. The free (and cross-platform) Notepad++ is highly regarded by the web development community.
Other than that, most Web IDEs have the ability to do JavaScript highlighting. Dreamweaver and Visual Studio both come to mind. Eclipse is capable of writing JavaScript with proper highlighting by using a plugin (or picking the proper package at the beginning.)
Uh... You write a C program in C, not in JavaScript... They're not related in any way.
Use loops only when required and add proper loop termination conditionsDo not duplicate code. Try to re-use code as much as possibleAlways add comments to the methods
END '...END of program/halt program code execution. *NOTE*: There should be only 'one' END statement written inside of a QBASIC program. I have seen example code where they use multiple END statements; this is wrong!
# Writing compilers is a difficult task # By using a standard language, once you leave the project others can read your code in order to figure out what it does and maintain it.
No. You can use a text editor, such as Notepad. Most computers alrady have Ntepad so you won't need to install it.
Use inline assembly instructions. Then compile your C++ program to produce the machine code.
Microsoft Word

Never.A program should handle exceptions, but should NEVER USE exceptions to control program flow.
pokegen Thanks!

The Institute for Excellence in Writing program is a program designed by a man named Andrew Pudewa for writing teachers. Its is a fun way to learn the proper way of writing, and homeschooling moms and teachers use it especially. It is a awesome program, and the kids that use it learn things almost automatically. It's really awesome.
Use Microsoft Word
The program should have a help area. search the helpe area for information about the debug information the program displays/
Indentation is used in computer programming to improve the readability and structure of the code. It helps to visually group related lines of code together and make the code more organized. Indentation is particularly important in languages that use indentation to define code blocks, such as Python.
Yes, that is correct. Program belongs to year.
If you are writing a program where an user has to enter an username and password, it's a good tone to use capitalized letteres.
This is when a specific code is used in a third party program. They have to use an escrow agent to be allowed to request the use of the code in a third party program.
