I'm guessing your heart pumps the blood around your body causing your arteries to pulsate. Hence your pulse.
Maybe your car sucks.

Check the rotor, it's probably warped.
check your anti lock brake systemm as this is what it supposed to do . It pulsates so that it will not lock up

Either warped rotors or drums can cause pulsating. Apply the parking brake slowly while going about 15mph and see if t pulsates. If it does, it is the drums that need turning. If not, it is the rotors that need turning.
They're called pulsars. Some pulse very quickly - some have a long period between pulses. It depends on the rotational speed.
you need to have your brake rotors turned or even replaced, this is a 200.00 fix or so
The brake rotors are warped are out of round. Need to do a brake job and have the rotors turned are replaced. Be sure to install new pads and shoes.
There are a number of reasons this could happen improper seating of the pads/shoes or air in the brake line
More than likely you have a warped disc brake rotor. Recommend seeing a mechanic for brake repair or replacement.
