If you are wanting to build chest muscle's, position hands at a wider 'stance'. say for example, slightly wider than the width of your shoulders. if you want a mix of chest and tricep, position hands under shoulders. if you want mainly tricep then place hands closer together, directly under chest. when you can comfortably perform this, raise your legs onto a bench and perform the same. when you find this easy, try clapping between press-ups, or balancing on one hand between press-ups, then finally try one handed press-ups.
These are the lyrics: Work it Make it Do it Makes us Harder Better Faster Stronger Work it harder, make it better, do it faster, make it stronger More than Ever Hour After Our Work is Never over Work it harder, make it better Do it faster, makes us stronger More than ever hour after hour Work is never over [x2] Harder Better Faster Stronger Work it harder, make it better Do it faster, makes us stronger More than ever, hour after our Work is never over [x4] Work it Make it Do it Makes sense Harder Better Faster Stronger Work it harder, make it better Do it faster, makes us stronger More than ever, hour after hour Work it never over [x6]
It means it will work faster because it will get in the bloodstream faster.
pushups
well I've been lifting and my friend pushups and well i totally beat him as far as muscels. PS depends what your lifting and for how long
You need to try this for yourself. Focus on where you feel the best muscle activation. I found that with close-grip pushups, I was more targeting the triceps. I feel that wide pushups are better for chest development. Mind-muscle connection and slow, controlled reps are vital.
Work becomes faster.
help us to do our work more faster and better
no because you muscles get tired so it dose u no good Morgan wood
Any exercise that is especially hard for you to do should be the one you work on the most. By doing something that is hard for you, you gain a sense of accomplishment and you feel better almost instantly. you can start out with just a little say you can only do 5 pushups then do five pushups until you can do five no problem then do ten, then 20, then 50, then 100. By the way the Average firefighter can do 74 pushups just a good goal to achieve would be 75 then technically you can do more pushups than the average firefighter. :)
