Your question is badly constructed, between Mexico, if your question is how many states are their between Mexico City and the Gulf of Mexico, the answer would be 3, if your question is how many states are in between the Gulf of Mexico, and the Pacific, it depends in what part of my country you are in, please try to write better or tell a grown up to type your question.
