It could be any number of reasons.
- You may need to verify who you are. This is to protect you from theft.
- There may be a contradiction on your application versus your bank details, for example a different address. Again, this is to protect you from theft.
- You may have committed fraud.
- You may be using an unauthorised, cancelled or expired card/bank account.
- You may have violated their rules or ToU.
You should have received an email from Google explaining why you are suspended. There will also be instructions in the email to follow in order to get access to your account again.
Beware that these emails could be fake. Do not respond to them until you have verified that your wallet account actually is suspended by logging into it manually.
