the gases flow through the two bronchi into the two lungs. the tube further divides into bronchioles which end with very thin sack like structures called alvoeli. this is where the air is filtered. oxygen gets mixed with the blood and the rest is filtered out for exit
When we breathe out, the pressure in the lungs decreases. And the air outside the body have higher pressure tha in the lungs. Then a process like diffusion takes affect. High concentration => low concentration.
When air is in the lungs the pressure in the lungs are bigger than the pressure outside the body so the air flush out
The movement of air on and out the lungs is called respiration. The movement of air into the lungs is called inhalation (inspiration). The movement of air out of the lungs is called exhalation (expiration).
Afman 24-204 (i)
From the air drawn into the lungs by movement of the diaphragm
hyperventilation
Inhalation and exhalation
Inhalation and exhalation
When your lungs move to bring in air and remove gases you are breathing.
movement
It is called breathing. Breathing is the movement of the chest that brings air into the lungs and removes waste gases. The air entering the lungs contain oxygen. It passes from the lungs into the circulatory system because there is less oxygen in blood when it enters the lungs than in the cells of the lungs. Breathing or Respiration
well .. the cause is if there is no air movement the Cst will decrease .
