∙ 13y agoWhen we breathe out, the pressure in the lungs decreases. And the air outside the body have higher pressure tha in the lungs. Then a process like diffusion takes affect. High concentration => low concentration.
When air is in the lungs the pressure in the lungs are bigger than the pressure outside the body so the air flush out
