Behind the fuse panel on the driver's side, inside the cab. The fuse panel is behind the little coin compartment.
The power window relay also controls the door locks. The relay is behind the kick-panel at the left foot of the driver. First unscrew the 4 fasteners holding the carpet moulding strip at the driver side door entrance. Pull it straight up to pop it loose. Then you can pull the kick panel rear-ward by hand to remove it. The relay is held behind it by 1 bolt.

The 2004 Toyota Tacoma flasher relay fuse is located beneath the drivers side dashboard. The flasher relay fuse is actually a relay switch.
There is one flasher relay on the truck which controls both the turn signals and the hazard lights. It is located on the drivers side, under the dash, mounted behind the instrument cluster.

The horn relay for a '95 tacoma is located on the back of the small fuse block on the top right side. The fuse block is under the dash on the driver's side.
u have 2 relay fuse boxes located under the hood on the driver side. one is usually behind the battery and the other is by the air filter.
