With only 12.8 percent of American's being black, the big dissapointment has to be the unwillingness of Black Americans to educate themselves and their offspring. Since 1964, more money and effort has been put forth to raise the quality of life for Black American's, only to be squandered by Black family's. Check the statistics, for this small amount of the population, most of the crime on a percentage basis is perpetrated by Black American's on Black Americans. It is widely held that most of the military is Black, check again, only 46,000 in all branches.
