I think the responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining confidentiality
  • Maintaining records
  • Sending records on request to other individuals or institutions
  • If anything goes out to the general graduate population it should go out to ALL graduates, unless some specific school related group is targeted, or for some reason a random group is chosen.
