None of them. The Bill of Rights consist of the first 10 amendments to the constitution. The 15th amendment to the constitution gives people of all races and colors the right to vote. The 19th amendment to the constitution gives women the right to vote.
The first Amendment gives people the right to petition the government. Specifically, it gives the right "to petition the government for a redress of grievances". This is the right to ask the government to right wrongs.
The First Amendment gives individuals the right to peaceably assemble. "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
The First Amendment states that "Congress shall make no law respecting ... the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
The first amendment forbids Congress to make no law establishing religion or prohibiting freedom of speech or the press, or forbidding the peaceable assembly of people, or the right of the people to partition the government.
