If you're in the US, he has no rights to *her* at all--no right to see her or have contact with her. He has the right, after the child is born, to petition the court to establish paternity and request court-ordered visitation, which will allow him to see the child only. He also has the responsibility to pay child support (note: he is responsible for this, not his parents, so I suggest he find a job).
They can have you brought back. Until you are 18, they have all the say.
Being pregnant does not emancipate a minor. It does give them certain rights in regards to providing for the welfare of their child.
It depends on your age and the state that you live in.
No, Kentucky does not say you are emancipated automatically when you are pregnant. No state does. It does not mean one has the ability to take care of yourself. You do have certain rights as to obtaining assistance for you and your child, but you are still the responsibility of your parents until you turn 18.
No, not in any state are you emancipated because you are pregnant or had a baby.
Being pregnant does not give you any 'adult rights'.
You have rights to decide about your baby and make medical decision for the both of you. Apart from that are you still a minor and have to do what your parents say, just like before. Pregnancy does not emancipate in any state.

No. see link
She is still a minor and you decide over her just like before but you do NOT decide over her child. Only she is allowed to decide over her child before and after birth. Being pregnant is not emancipating her.
If you're in the US, no. Getting your girlfriend pregnant does not give you any adult rights. If Mom and Dad say you have to move, then you do.
