If the property is owned by a valid trust it is not part of the decedent's estate. The purpose of the trust was to protect and preserve the property for the children. The second wife has no rights in the property.

In your will you would devise your real property to your son in fee simple to be his absolutely and forever, however, subject to the right of your second husband to occupy the property during his natural life.

I have a second mortgage on my property in my deceased husband's name the first mortgage is in mine can a bank with a second mortgage put a lien on my property if it is not paid?

You really ought to see an attorney because there are several things that don't quite make sense and states vary on borrower and lender rights (you don't even identify where you are). PS if there is a 2nd mortgage then that is already a lien on the property and there would seem to be no need for that lender to put yet another lien on it; all it may need to do is foreclose and that could jeopardize your first mortgage too!

Is it true that when Shakespeare died he left his wife his second best bed and nothing else?

Only partly. The second-best bed was the only thing Shakespeare left to her in his will. However, a widow had considerable rights to a share in her husband's estate (called rights of dower) which meant that she was well-provided for whether he said so in the will or not. Indeed when Shakespeare was buying property in Blackfriars, they went through a complicated legal scheme involving a mortgage for the purpose of keeping the property out of the dower settlement. Make of that what you will.

Are the children of their deceased father entitled to monies from his second deceased wife?

It would depend on the specific inheritance laws in the jurisdiction where the deceased father and stepmother resided. Generally, children from a previous marriage may have a legal claim to a portion of the deceased stepmother's estate if she did not have a will. It is advisable to consult with a probate attorney to determine the children's rights under the relevant laws.

What about a woman who tells her second husband that she wants to be united with her first deceased husband in heaven?

A woman can love two men and although she has hurt you by saying she wants to be reunited again with her first deceased husband in heaven does not mean she does not love you, but, her first love was her first husband and she should not have told you this, but kept it private in her own heart. The way to look at it is the fact she was honest with you. She loves you so enjoy each other and don't let this comment ruin your marriage.
