Power and persuasion play a large role within any organization. The superiors in upper management must develop the ability to persuade employees to want to do the correct operations and procedures. While the upper management can control the employees through force and fear of losing jobs, this is not a very effective or productive way of managing. It is important for employees to be happy with their work environment, this will allow for them to provide better service to customers or producing products more efficiently.
